If you decide to employ me to help you with the sale or purchase of your home, I will ALWAYS do my best to protect your interests from the beginning of my service to you, all the way through to the end of your transaction at closing.

AS OUR BUYER, YOU CAN EXPECT:

1.  That I will search as long as it takes to help you find the home that best suits your needs and requirements.

2.  That I will negotiate on your behalf.  I know that saving you money now will payoff when it comes time to sell.

3.  I will help you find a good mortgage company that offers programs that will work for you at the lowest possible interest rate and monthly payment.

4.  That I will stick by your side through all the many details involved in bringing your transaction to a close.  This may include, inspections, renegotiations, appraisals, mortgage qualification, special testing, final walk thru, and any other special requirements you may have.

5.  That I will be with you at closing and make sure all your questions are answered before you leave the closing table.

6.  That although I are bound legally to treat everyone fairly and honestly, as your buyers agent we will owe our loyalty to you to represent you and place your interests ahead and above the interests of any other parties in the transaction.

7.  That I will look forward to giving you the keys to your new home.
